Can my colleague use my login?
The app is specifically designed for personal use. You can only use your login on one device at a time. Shared accounts are thus not supported. For multiple logins, please contact [email protected].
Are there any student or academic packages?
Numerous students, teachers and professors have access thanks to our agreement with Elektron vzw. If you are linked to another educational institution, please check with your management or contact [email protected].
Do I pay additional fees for the use of the app?
No. There is no additional cost for using the native app. If you want to make the most of the possibilities offered by the app, we do recommend including Belga real-time and Radio Television as sources in your subscription.
